Michael D. Gulko, President and CEO

Through 25 years of managerial experience Mr. Gulko has acquired an extensive knowledge in finance and marketing. Over the last fourteen years he has concentrated this expertise in developing Internet enabled methods for providing information services to the health care industry.

In 1986 Mike founded Medi-Syn, Inc. Since then, he has devoted most of his efforts in developing the company's management team and in directing the design and expansion of the its various products and services.

Under Mike's guidance the company has become a leader in the area of medical business information management decision support by providing essential information, business services, and training to the medical community. His goal is to position Medi-Syn as a continuing leader in the industry by developing high accessibility information systems, which will act as an information hub for patient management and business processing.

Mervat Morcos, Vice President Operations and COO

BS Chemistry, Alexandria University, Egypt - 1979

Mrs. Morcos is a respected industry leader in developing health care delivery systems and methods of practice expansion, and business models. Since joining Medi-Syn, Inc. in 1986, she has developed an extensive understanding of CPT / ICD-9 coding, and compliance requirements.

She has been indispensable in developing procedures and protocols, which maximize the effectiveness of the operations area of Medi-Syn, Inc., and in directing the company's resources in a manner, which most benefit our clients.

Mervat often consults in the creating and setting up of medical clinics. These duties include lease management, the attaining of licenses and permits, the development of office procedures, physician and personnel management, practice marketing, and business finance.
